Front Desk Associate

Now hiring enthusiastic individuals to join a dynamic team of individuals committed to providing first-class customer service. Brett/Robinson Gulf Corporation is looking for hard-working individuals with a commitment to customer service and teamwork to join our team for the upcoming summer season.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. High School Diploma/GED required
2. Must be 18 years of age
3. Excellent Customer Service skills required
4. Previous Experience preferred but not required
5. Must be able to work flexible hours seven days a week
6. Must be able to stand for at least ten (10) hours


DUTIES:

1. Responsible for handling all guests check-ins and check-outs in accordance with established policies and procedures.
2. Responsible for handling all guests and/or owners requests and/or concerns
3. Responsible for operating, balancing, and auditing the cash drawer
4. Responsible for maintaining control of all keys
